Experienced Automotive Leader
Henage Don Lalith Thilakarathne completed a Diploma course in motor mechanics at the National Apprenticeship Board in Sri Lanka. He continued his training at the National Youth Council with a certificate course in Motor Mechanic Technology. He then followed a four-year course at German Tech, one of the most reputed technical colleges in Sri Lanka.
After completing his German technical college diploma, he joined Proton Motors in Malaysia as a Motor Mechanic and worked there for two years. After receiving promotions and proving his capabilities, he resigned as an Assistant Manager from Proton Motors. He then moved to UAE and worked for three years as a Motor Mechanic Engineer at Al Futtaim Motors LLC, followed by three years as a Technical Manager at Al Habtoor Motors Dubai.
Finally, he started his dream, a small car repair workshop in Dubai. With hard work and dedication, he improved repair quality, trustworthiness and customer satisfaction, growing Al Bedayer Garage into an established workshop serving branded cars across the UAE.
